Ahsania Mission Medical College (AMMC) is an educational wing of “Dhaka Ahsania Mission,” which is a non-profitable, non-government organization founded by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah (R.) in 1958. AMMC is also a sister Concern of Ahsania Mission Cancer and General Hospital (AMCGH). Our Medical College is rooted in a noble aim to impart medical education to future generations by shaping them into skilled, ethical, and socially responsible healthcare professionals.
This college came into existence in 2022 and commences its activities with the enrolment of 50 students in the 1st batch. AMMC offers 5-year MBBS course approved by BMDC leading to MBBS degree of the University of Dhaka, permitted by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and affiliated with the University of Dhaka.
Since its establishment, the institution has seen significant growth, evolving into a distinguished center for education and progress. At the moment, there are total 166 students, 66 faculty members,217 doctors and total of 56 departments. We consistently assess and refine our curriculum to guarantee students a highest standard of medical training. Our instructional philosophy aims to build a supportive academic atmosphere to guide students in developing the essential knowledge and practical abilities needed to practice medicine and become competent healthcare practitioners.
